If you export or import products you will find our transloading services an excellent method of pre-delivery inspection on overseas shipments, and as a service to themselves & their customers by taking floor loaded freight and put it on pallets, this ensures their freight gets to its destination according to consignee's specifications (Pallet configurations, labeling, sorting, etc.).

Our port service greatly reducing unloading time & manpower at your (or their) loading dock.  For importers we go to the port, pick up your container bring it to one of our facilities, strip the freight, inspect it, sort, segregate, and palletize to your specifications. If you receive multiple containers our transloading services can be a money saver.

In many instances we can take loose cargo from 3 or 4 ocean containers, palletize it and ship on two or three of our 53' OTR trailers

What is your on time delivery rate?   We all know how dificult it is to provide on time delivery every time but i would say it is around 90% with most of the late deliveries related to weather or equipent.

What about insurance?   All of our partner cariers are required to carry public liability insurance,  workman's comp, and cargo insurance

How do you handle claims  ?  We will file a claim on your behalf with the carriers insurance Company. The BOL would have to be signed showing the damage or shortage and the value declared prior to loading. Any values not declared are based upon $ 0.02 per pound (Industry standard). With a freight claim the carrier must have the opportunity to salvage the freight or there is no claim.
